announced the addition of 'RepeatSeat' to the League's growing list of business
partners. RepeatSeat has developed a complete series of online ticketing solutions,
which can each be customized to fit every Team's unique needs and local market
conditions. RepeatSeat will bring its Primary Ticketing, Group Sales, Season
Ticket Renewal, Season Ticket Sales and Ticket Management modules to the League
for implementation this season. The multi-year agreement between the League
and RepeatSeat starts with the upcoming 2002 season, set to begin this June.

Major League Lacrosse, a six-team professional outdoor lacrosse league, was founded
