(TRM™) solution, has enhanced its North American reach and grown its sales force with the addition
of three event ticketing and venue industry leaders. These new regional managers will be
responsible for driving RepeatSeat’s secure, efficient and user-friendly ticketing solutions
into new markets in both the United States and Canada.

RepeatSeat will be represented in the south Central United States by David Taylor who brings 25
years of sales and sales management experience in the entertainment services industry, with
experience in innovative ticketing solutions. In the southeast United States, Jim O’Chery will
bring over 29 years of award-winning experience in live event entertainment services.
In eastern Canada, the Company will be represented by Natalija Marjanovic who brings
experience and a thorough understanding of the arts and culture industry, including the value
proposition and legislative environment that successful entertainment companies must operate in.
