Cineplex Galaxy LP and Landmark Cinemas Select RepeatSeat's Online Movie Ticketing System

Vancouver, British Columbia - April 30, 2004 - RepeatSeat Inc., a leading global entertainment services company offering private label ticketing in Canada, the United States, and Europe, has signed agreements with Cineplex Galaxy LP, a leading exhibitor of motion pictures in the entertainment industry and Calgary based cinema chain, Landmark Cinemas (Landmark), to provide online ticketing capabilities. RepeatSeat has signed multi-year contracts with both companies to provide private label Internet ticketing solutions to their customers, along with data collection and management programs. These contracts further validate RepeatSeat's Ticketing Relationship Management (TRM(tm)) business model and customer service value proposition.

Cineplex Galaxy LP will adopt RepeatSeats private label ticketing service and fulfillment systems for its 83 locations and 752 screens beginning in September 2004. Consumers currently are able to purchase tickets online through Cineplex Galaxy LP Web sites at www.cineplex.com and www.galaxycinemas.com. This new online ticketing system will enable Cineplex Galaxy LP to maximize data segmentation and mining capabilities in support of overall sales efforts. More specifically, RepeatSeat will assist Cineplex Galaxy LP through customized and functional ticketing software, system implementation, training, and technical support.

Under their three-year agreement, commencing June 1st, 2004 Landmark will adopt RepeatSeat's private label ticketing services for their 39 locations. Landmark patrons will now be able to purchase and print bar-coded tickets online through its Web site - a site powered by Tribute.ca that uses RepeatSeat's unique Ticketing Relationship Management (TRM(tm)) system to manage customer relationships for expected online movie ticketing growth. With a total of over 140 screens, the deal with Landmark represents another significant step for RepeatSeat into the movie theatre industry.

Cineplex Galaxy LP and Landmark will be able to give their customers the option of printing bar-coded tickets on their computer or, sending bar-coded tickets to their digital cell phone for redemption at the cinemas.
