A:   RepeatSeat is a leading global entertainment services company offering unique ticketing solutions. We offer Private Label ticketing in the United States, Canada and Europe and promote our clients' brand instead of our own. The company is built on our trademark concept, Ticketing Relationship Management (TRM™), which enables us to provide turn-key Point-of-Sale (POS), Internet and wireless applications to target markets including performing arts venues, movie theatres, sports venues, excursions, tourist attractions and conferences/trade shows. All solutions feature full end-user data capture and management, and one of the most comprehensive targeted permission e-mail programs available in the marketplace today.

Q:   What does RepeatSeat do?
A:   RepeatSeat offers a complete suite of ticketing management services under the TRM™ banner. Through TRM™, we can build a venue's brand by increasing its services capability including primary and secondary ticket sales, season ticket renewals, ticket exchange and corporate services. In other words, we are the "engine behind a venue's brand" and are committed to ensuring our clients have the increased capability to meet present and future customer demand.

Q:   What is RepeatSeat's technology?
A:   RepeatSeat's technology encompasses TRM™, offering our clients increased capability for Internet, wireless and POS opportunities to manage ticketing relationships with each venue.

Our software solutions are used at over 3,000 events monthly in Canada, the United States and Europe. We have also released a permission e-mail target marketing software program, a print-at-home ticketing software and WAP digital ticketing applications.

Q:   What makes RepeatSeat's TRM™ solution superior?
A:   RepeatSeat's TRM™ is based on four foundational pillars: Private Label ticketing, data management, robust technology and price. We promote a venue's brand instead of our own through our Private Label ticketing solution. We offer full data capture and customized reporting. Our solution means better service and lower costs for venues and ticket buyers and our technology provides solutions that better meet venue needs yet are scalable to meet needs for venues of all sizes. The fact that we build on a current venue ticketing management systems means we can ensure service costs to clients remain low, better positioning venues and their product offerings with ticket buyers.

Q:   Why does RepeatSeat believe clients will switch to its service offering?
A:   It is important to remember that our clients are venues and other content "hosts" that, in turn, sell to someone buying tickets - the consumer. Venues want to be prepared to reach the maximum number of consumers and to service them in a way that makes their ticketing experience enjoyable. Venues want to do this without requiring a radical shift in their ticketing management system. We are uniquely positioned to help clients achieve their goals because of our TRM™ offering - a solution that builds on our clients' brands, delivery and servicing infrastructure so that service to our clients'(venues) and their customers (consumers) is improved at a competitive price.

Q:   What are RepeatSeat's expected growth areas?
A:    Since RepeatSeat's largest ticketing competitors have less than 10 per cent of the total global ticketing market share, this fragmentation affords us the opportunity to take advantage of growth, particularly in the online ticketing service delivery area. Online demand for ticketing solutions is growing at over 67 per cent annually. In addition to the Internet, demand growth is expected to increase for unique POS (i.e. coffee shops with kiosks) and wireless delivery applications.

Q:   By using RepeatSeat, will teams or venues be creating an unwanted secondary ticket market?
A:   Absolutely not. It is important to note that the secondary ticketing market is only one aspect of the RepeatSeat TRM™ solution. The secondary ticket market already exists through scalpers and on-line auction sites. However, we can now help teams and/or venues control and manage the existing secondary market and protect their brands, while providing value to loyal customers, improving customer retention, collecting data on new customers and generating new sources of revenue.

Q:   As a venue, will using RepeatSeat's Secondary Ticket Solutions compete with our walkup sales?
A:   No, as those are two completely different markets. For example, someone buying a game day, upper deck ticket is unlikely to pay the cost of lower bowl seating. Conversely, someone looking for "prime seats" in the lower bowl is not going to purchase cheaper, upper-deck game-day tickets. By segmenting the market, RepeatSeat helps our clients penetrate both target audiences. Furthermore, the functionality of the secondary solution is managed by the venue. For instance, if the venue wants to shut off the secondary market 24 hours in advance of an event they can do it. If the venue wants to allow secondary sales in a certain section only, this can be done. The advantage of the system is that is can be customized to serve each venue's unique requirements. TRM™ is about providing the venue with what it needs to provide exemplary service to its valued customer.

Q:   Can't someone just develop their own ticket redistribution site?
A:   RepeatSeat has gone to great lengths to develop a powerful, customizable ticketing platform that meets the diverse needs of target markets.

Instead of reinventing the wheel, it is easier and more cost effective to use our existing services. Our trademark TRM™ solution is well-designed and easy to use. Q:   Is the RepeatSeat site secure?
A:   RepeatSeat employs state-of-the-art encryption technology and programming techniques to ensure complete confidentiality and security for all users. Therefore, your ticket buyers are never at risk.

Q:   How does payment for the tickets take place? How do venues get paid?
A:   Payment for the tickets is handled traditionally at the POS stations or online via credit card transaction through the venue's Web site. Ticket buyers and sellers pay a nominal transaction fee (on top of the actual value of the sale). Their respective accounts are automatically debited or credited as the transaction takes place. Venue involvement in the program consists of helping to promote the service and handling ticket fulfillment at the venues box office.
