Board of Directors
George Watson (Chairman)
George Watson has spent over half of his business career in senior executive positions at energy production, generation, marketing and trading, and energy infrastructure companies. In 1999, he became President and CEO of one of the largest pipeline and electrical generation companies in North America. Since that time, George has been an active investor in the energy sector and serves as a board member at a number of companies which include: Calgary Olympic Development Association (CODA), Esprit Exploration, WNS Emergent Inc. and Queen's University.
Mr. Watson earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and an MBA from Queen's University, and an AMP from Harvard.
Prior to launching RepeatSeat, George was Vice President of Operations for a major construction materials distribution company
operating throughout North America with sales of $300 million. While there he was responsible for initiating and developing the
company's emerging Internet strategy and customer loyalty programs.
Robert Christianson
Robert (Bob) Christianson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary, and an MBA from the Richard
Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.
The majority of Bob's work experience has been in marketing and management in the oil and gas services industry, including time spent
in Eastern Europe and China in the early 1990s. Bob then co-founded IPEC Ltd., a TSX-listed Oilfield Services company, which was
subsequently sold to Flint Energy Services. Bob is a member of the National Sports Forum's Inner Circle. He serves as Board Member
for Clear Water Academy, a private school founded in Calgary in 1996.
Clark Johannson
As co-owner and Vice President of Carlyle Computer Products, Clark grew the business from $2 million in sales in 1987 to $30 million
in sales in 1997 and then sold it to Boise Cascade Office Products Ltd. At the time, Carlyle distributed $30 million worth of
computer supplies though its seven locations.
He is currently the President of ClickSpace Interactive Inc., a software development company founded in October of 1998. ClickSpace
specializes in the development of web-based software applications. Clark also serves on the Board of the Young Entrepreneurs
Organization as the Vice President of Technology.
Max Fantuz
Max Fantuz is a Partner and Cofounder in Premstar Energy Canada Ltd. Since its inception in 1998 he has been responsible for overall Company direction in growing the business within the deregulated energy environment.
Mr. Fantuz has been involved in the energy business for over 20 yrs. For over 11 years he held various managerial positions at Union Gas Ltd. where his responsibility ranged from 'gas distribution design' to 'gas supply and transportation strategy'. Since that time he has been more involved in Private industry on the natural gas marketing side of the business with a venture into electricity coming more recently over the past year and a half.
Mr. Fantuz earned his Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Windsor in 1977. He has served on various non profit Boards over the years and in 1994 was awarded the 'Commemorative Medal for the 125th Anniversary of Canadian Confederation'.
Gary Bentham
Gary Bentham is President of BTM Corporate Advisory Inc., a Calgary-based consulting firm which specializes in corporate
finance transactions and provides chief financial officer services to private and public companies. Mr. Bentham was a partner
with KPMG LLP for twenty years and in that capacity served a number of publicly listed technology companies and was a member of KPMG Canada’s
board of directors for five years. He is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

William L. Britton, Q.C.
William, Vice Chairman of The ATCO Group, is past chairman and Managing Partner of Bennett Jones LLP of Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto, one of
Canada's largest law firms. His legal experience includes corporate mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and reorganizations,
banking, financing, private and public securities matters, utility, real estate, oil and gas and other energy matters, developing
and negotiating a wide range of contracts.
William is a director of Akita Drilling Ltd., ATCO Structures Inc., ATCO Gas, ATCO Frontec, Canadian Utilities Limited, Canadian Utilities
Holdings Ltd., Forest Oil Corporation and many other business entities, as well as The Denver Broncos Football Club and The
National Foundation for Family Research and Education. He is president or chairman of several business corporations.
During his law school days and for the first few years of practice, William played football for the British Columbia Lions and the Calgary
Stampeders, playing a total of seven years as a professional in the Canadian Football League.
Bill graduated with honours in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, and holds a law degree from the University of British Columbia.
Allison Grafton
Ms. Grafton, is Senior Vice-President Corporate Development with Qwest Energy. She is
a key member of the management team and is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate finance, investment banking and syndication executives at IDA member firms and other financial institutions. From this activity, Ms. Grafton will focus on creating syndicate and selling group participation for Qwest Energy's various oil and gas investment offerings. Ms. Grafton will also be responsible for the planning and successful execution of Qwest Energy's national forums and other corporate events.
Ms. Grafton has over five years of direct experience in the oil and gas financing and investment industry. For the seven years prior, Ms. Grafton's career focused on strategic sales and marketing activities in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ms. Grafton graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, double major, from the University of British Columbia in 1992. She also has her Canadian Securities Course and Personal Portfolio Management Certificates.
